What would you do?

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers. You will provide technical direction, facilitate code reviews, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement to ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions.
• Architect Data Pipelines: Lead the design and maintenance of optimal data pipeline architecture. You will move beyond writing ETL jobs to defining the patterns and frameworks that allow us to process petabyte-scale datasets efficiently.
