Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Data Management Unit and oversee all data-related functions across CETE
• Develop and implement data strategies, annual workplans, and performance standards aligned with research priorities
• Supervise and provide technical oversight to the data team, including analysts, coordinators, developers, and field staff
• Design, implement, and manage relational databases, data warehouses, and data infrastructure (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL or equivalent)
