Required Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in data modeling, data engineering, or related roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Erwin Data Modeler .
• Solid understanding of database modeling concepts (logical, physical, relational).
• Advanced SQL development and scripting experience.
• Experience building or supporting ETL pipelines .
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Synapse .
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Flexibility to collaborate with US teams, primarily during Mexico working hours, with occasional US EST/CT overlap...
