Overview

The Lead Demand Management Specialist is responsible for owning the end‑to‑end pipeline operating system across all sources (MKTG, SDR, Sales, Partner) for a given vertical or geography. This position diagnoses pipeline gaps by source, stage, segment and solution and drives cross‑functional completion with Programs, Field/ABM, SDR, Sales, Alliances, PMM and RevOps. The Demand Management Specialist 4 connects marketing campaigns, intent data, buyer‑journey insights, sales plays and sales‑engagement motions into an integrated calendar of programs that accelerate new pipeline creation and progression.
