Lead Design Engineer

Lead mechanical design of boilers, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers
Perform mechanical & structural design calculations
Ensure compliance with ASME, TEMA & API and other applicable codes
Review and approve GA drawings, fabrication drawings & BOMs
Perform stress & thickness calculations and supports
Coordinate with process, piping, proposals, instrumentation & manufacturing teams
Guide material selection and welding requirements
Resolve technical queries and design deviations
Mentor and technically guide junior engineers
Interface with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors
