We are looking for an experienced Intermediate P3 Design Lead to lead and manage the design efforts for P3 projects, particularly with Infrastructure Ontario. This role calls for an individual keen on mentoring junior team members and collaborating with project managers and technical experts. Your ability to create feasible and high-quality design solutions is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee design team tasks, schedules, and deliverables
• Coordinate designs with project managers and experts
• Generate design documents including drawings and specifications
• Present design proposals to stakeholders and clients
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• A minimum of 7 years experience in architecture
