Lead designer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Designer to drive innovative and strategically minded design solutions for our corporate workplace projects. This role requires hands-on involvement in all phases of design, from concept to execution, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise in workplace design, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead interior design assignments, including detailed programming, conceptual design, space planning, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Provide design leadership and strategic direction for the organization, production, and execution of design projects.
