Lead Developer - Anaplan

To provide expert-level Anaplan model building, L3 support, and data integration for (PLDT). The role is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and building Anaplan models while ensuring alignment with business processes. This role works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into efficient Anaplan models while ensuring best practices, performance optimization, and long-term solution sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Anaplan model design, development, and performance optimization
• Translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions
• Manage ALM processes across development, test, and production environments
• Design and implement data integrations via Anaplan Connect, APIs, or middleware
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing models to ensure accuracy and performance
• Lead workshops, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support
