Job Description

 Lead Developer
 Cirencester, Gloucestershire |  Full-time |  Starting ASAP
We are looking for an individual to lead the development function in delivering scalable, automated and data-driven business systems to enable to business’ transformation strategy. This role will focus on hands-on development, integration and the optimisation of Salesforce, NetSuite, Halo (or similar) and associated middleware.
This role will establish and maintain development frameworks, drive customisation and integration and enable systems that underpin an efficient operating model.
 What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver the system changes and enhancements determined by the Transformation Team, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with transformation goals
