Do you want to work with the largest data capital in Finland in diverse and varied tasks? We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Lead Developer to drive the evolution of the OP Data Platform in Data Products Team.
The position is full-time and permanent, and available either in Helsinki or Oulu. Like the rest of OP Pohjola, we work flexibly, combining both office days and remote work in Finland.
What is this all about?
Lead Developer role combines hands‑on development with architectural leadership, focusing on modernising the platform using Azure-native services, strengthening data governance, and ensuring alignment with BCBS239 and other regulatory frameworks.
This position plays a central role in technical direction, developer coaching, collaboration with stakeholders, and building a reliable, scalable, and secure data foundation for OP Pohjola. The ideal candidate can balance pragmatic decision-making with long-term architectural thinking.
