Job Description

                    Job :  Your main tasks will be:

 To lead and develop the skills of a team of backend developers spread internationally.

 To organize rituals (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

 To perform code reviews, support best practices, and ensure technical quality.

 To collaborate with the Country Manager and PM to estimate tasks, prioritize backlogs, and plan sprints.

 To monitor progress, raise alerts, and adjust resources if needed.

 To ensure deadlines and technical commitments are met.

 To provide clear and regular reporting on development progress to the product, tech, and management teams.

 To anticipate technical risks and propose solutions.

 To coordinate interactions with QA, DevOps, security, and support teams.
