Job Summary

Digital Ledger Technology (DLT) & Digital Assets (DA) are strategic client access platforms for Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) clients to transact with the Bank. The Development Lead will lead the full tribe of development squads across key initiatives such as Partior, Zodia, smart contracts, and tokenization. The role involves acting as a trusted business partner responsible for managing multiple programs end-to-end, from investment decisions through design, development, implementation, and transition to operations. The candidate is expected to collaborate closely with business, technology, risk, and operations stakeholders while driving innovation through modern engineering practices and blockchain technologies.
