Lead Development Specialist

T-Mate, LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Lead Development Specialist to join the team of one of our fast growing national healthcare client. This role will work directly with our client's National Partnerships team and serve as the primary point of contact for incoming referral leads.

As the Lead Development Specialist, you will manage incoming referrals from 7–8 national partner organizations. The majority of your day will involve calling new leads, gathering essential information, and coordinating in-person client assessments across 415+ locations nationwide.

You will own the referral process from intake to scheduling — ensuring every prospective client feels heard, supported, and confident in the next steps.

This is a new headcount role created to support continued growth, expected to work remotely full time during US Central Time Zone business hours.
