Lead DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative **Lead DevOps Engineer** to drive and execute complex infrastructure projects, focusing on Cassandra migration from AWS to on-prem Kubernetes clusters. This role is a unique opportunity to shape infrastructure strategy, ensure reliability, and enable scalability within mission-critical environments.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the Cassandra migration from Cloud (AWS) to on-prem Kubernetes, owning the process from planning to delivery and maintenance
- Ensure the high availability, fault tolerance, and optimized performance of Cassandra within on-prem Kubernetes clusters
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes operators to automate cluster lifecycle and enhance resilience
- Build comprehensive migration playbooks, process documentation, and train internal teams for future operational ownership
