Lead Digital Product Manager

**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to fill the role of a Delivery Coordinator within the Commercial Banking - Digital Channels organization. This role will lead and support delivery functions within one of the Digital product areas. They will be responsible for bringing synergies across product, design, and technology, through iterative build, test and delivery cycles. The role also contributes to the broader Delivery Coordinator and Product community by developing and maintaining JIRA and other delivery dashboards that provide actionable insights into delivery health, throughput, and process effectiveness. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Agile delivery models, JIRA, and modern delivery tooling, and has a proven ability to help product and scrum teams mature into self‑sustaining, high‑performing Agile teams.
