Impact Studios is expanding its Transformation Practice, and we are looking for a high‑impact Lead Digital Strategist to help shape, build, and scale our consulting capability.

This role sits at the heart of business transformation, connecting strategy, operations, and technology to redesign how organizations work, grow, innovate, and execute. You will lead strategic engagements that modernize operating models, re-engineer processes, accelerate digital adoption, and introduce AI-enabled ways of working across enterprise functions.

You will work closely with our engineering organization (800+ AI, data, cloud, and software experts) to ensure strategies turn into measurable outcomes and real implementation.
