Lead Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of ready-mix concrete to customer job sites.
• Schedule and optimize deliveries to meet customer demands and project timelines.
• Assign and direct truck drivers to delivery locations while monitoring delivery status and resolving delays in real time.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between drivers, operations teams, and customers to quickly address issues and maintain service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, policies, and operational procedures.
• Accurately document orders, deliveries, and customer interactions within dispatch systems.
