Lead Dispatcher

We are seeking a lead dispatcher to oversee daily dispatch operations and ensure smooth coordination between dispatch agents, clients, and service vendors.

This role is responsible for maintaining fast response times, managing escalations, and ensuring high service standards across all active roadside assistance jobs.

• Oversee daily dispatch operations during assigned shifts
• Coordinate communication between dispatch agents, clients, and vendors
