Role Purpose
Responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant information flow throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Control & Management
Manage the document control system for all electrical engineering, construction, and commissioning documents.
- Control, transmit, and track drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection test plans, minutes of meeting, and weekly and monthly reports between engineering teams, site teams, clients, and subcontractors.
Ensure proper document numbering, version control, and revision tracking.
Construction & Electrical Documentation
Print, distribute, and update electrical construction drawings, including single-line diagrams, layout drawings, and as-built mark-ups for site use.
