**What's the role?**

The Lead Editor – Visual and Motion Design is a hands-on creative role responsible for delivering high-quality video editing, compositing, motion graphics, animation, and audio across the organisation’s brands and client projects. This role sits within the creative team and works closely with multiple teams to bring ideas to life through moving image and sound.

You will be the go-to person for turning a brief into a polished, platform-ready piece, whether that is a hero film, video case study, hype reel, animated explainer, or suite of social cutdowns and digital assets. The role demands a high standard of craft, ensuring every deliverable is technically sound, creatively considered, and fit for purpose.
