Lead EHS Specialist

Job Description

**Who will you be working with?**

As a **Lead EHS Specialist** , you will work closely with the ADS (locomotive components remanufacturing) plant leadership, the Global Lean organization, and the Business Core EHS team. This role collaborates daily with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and frontline teams to drive Lean transformation and ensure full Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance across plant operations.

**How will you make a difference?**

This role leads EHS programs at the ADS plant, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and company EHS requirements while embedding a strong Lean and safety culture. Reporting directly to the ADS Operations Manager, the Specialist acts as a subject matter expert in identifying, eliminating, and mitigating EHS risks, while driving operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing principles.
