This business are looking to recruit a Lead Electrical Engineer to assist in the function of the electrical maintenance operation on site. The Person:

• Apprentice Trained (NVQ 3).
• Qualified to an HNC/HNC.
• Experienced Supervisor / Leader.
• Great Communication Skills.
• Experience with developing / mentoring engineers and apprentices.

The Role:

• Act as the senior electrical authority across the site, providing second‑line technical support for complex faults, recurring issues and system improvements, and ensuring plant safety, reliability and compliance at all times.
