Lead - electrical engineering

Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as the electrical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BESS and solar inverter technologies, providing technical authority and guidance across projects.
Develop and maintain electrical design standards and best practices, including system architecture, SLDs, schematics, and power conversion integration.
Ensure compliance with industry codes, grid standards, and safety regulations (IEEE, IEC, UL, NEC/NERC) for energy storage and inverter systems.
Lead technical reviews and optimization of electrical designs, equipment specifications, and performance requirements for utility-scale BESS and PV inverter systems.
Support commissioning, testing (FAT/SAT), and performance validation to ensure systems meet operational, reliability, and performance targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, quality, operations, and vendors for integration and execution excellence.
