Position Overview:

The Lead Electrical Estimator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the estimating outputs of the offshore estimating team to ensure the delivery of accurate, competitive, and commercially sound bids. This role supports bid strategy development, ensures technical and contractual requirements are correctly interpreted, and contributes to disciplined estimating practices that underpin safe and profitable project delivery.

Working closely with operational, commercial, and business development teams, the Lead Electrical Estimator supports tendering and project planning activities by shaping construction methodologies, scope definitions, and baseline schedules. The role plays a key part in maintaining consistent estimate quality and enabling informed decision-making during the bid phase.
