Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Protection Engineer to oversee the design and implementation of protection systems for electrical substations. The role involves managing engineering activities from initial design through to site commissioning, acting as the technical interface between customers and the internal engineering team. Strong hands-on experience in protection and scheme design is essential. This position reports directly to the Protection Systems Engineering Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Drive technical project activities, lead customer kick-off meetings, and ensure successful execution from design to commissioning.

Customer & Project Management: Participate in risk reviews, manage engineering budgets (man-days), and provide regular progress updates.
