Position Title: Lead, Employer Engagement
Reports To: Manager II, Outreach, Assistive Tech, and Venture Pool
I. Scope and Summary of Primary Responsibilities
Working in collaboration with others across the region and the country, the Lead, Employer Outreach is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with employer partners and fostering connections between employers and individuals who are blind, low vision, deaf‑blind who are seeking employment, known as our Talent Pool.
The Lead, Employer Outreach will lead the execution of employer engagement and outreach activities with the goal of fully activating the employer partners to ultimately hire talent pool based on the labour market trends and insights on talent pool’s career goals.
