**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Accountable as the Control Accountant Managers for project elements delegated by the Engineering Project Manager.
+ Accountable to lead day-to-day activities for Individual Contributors, both technical and operational.
+ Responsible to work alongside the team to author and implement embedded software solutions.
+ Accountable to develop a good working relationship with the customer, Engineering Project Manager and other project and engineering leadership.
+ Accountable to understand the technical scope, cost and schedule for the project.
+ Accountable to plan, forecast, coordinate, monitor and lead the software effort / team for the full SW development lifecycle of the project assigned area.
