We are seeking a highly motivated and autonomous Head of Engineering to lead all technical and engineering matters across our 4 current markets. The successful candidate will oversee engineering activities from project development through construction, commissioning, and operations, and will shape how we design, build, and operate BESS projects.

Key Responsibilities

Development Stage

• Lead optimization and feasibility reviews.
• Supervise grid connection requests and liaise with system operators to ensure technical compliance.
• Support due diligence on land, permitting, and regulatory requirements.

Construction Stage

• Lead construction planning and provide oversight across the full EPC cycle.
• Act as the technical counterpart for reviewing and validating engineering deliverables from contractors (drawings, specifications, ...
