We're working with a national building services provider to recruit an experienced Lead Engineer for a high-profile commercial site in the Liverpool street area.  This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the maintenance of landlord systems at a flagship site, working with a modern plant and a professional site team.
  
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee planned and reactive maintenance of landlord plant and electrical systems
Carry out PPMs and fault-finding on lighting, power, distribution boards, and control panels
Provide support with mechanical systems (pumps, motors, HVAC plant, etc.)
Manage contractors and liaise with site teams
Ensure compliance with all H&S, statutory and operational procedures
Keep maintenance records up to date via CAFM system Requirements:

Electrically qualified (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition)
