Lead Engineer - Bluetooth Stack Development

Job Description About the Team: The Bluetooth R&D team at Silicon Labs develops and maintains Bluetooth protocol stack software supporting Bluetooth Classic and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). The team delivers scalable, standards-compliant Bluetooth solutions used across a wide range of applications, including data connectivity, device control, and audio use cases such as Classic Audio, HFP calling, and LE Audio. The team works closely with controller, PHY/RF, systems, validation, and customer-facing teams across multiple global locations to ensure high-quality, interoperable Bluetooth software for Silicon Labs wireless products.
