Lead Engineer

already successful platform. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled technical expert who can

champion best practices in software development, improve engineering culture, and enable

the business to scale.

Who you are:

• You have deep technical expertise in software development and possess strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, including software developers, UX designers, and product managers, through the technical complexities of product development.
• You are proficient in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) , and can mentor a diverse team on adopting best practices in test automation to prevent regression issues.
