Lead Engineer- Cost Out- Electrical Components

**What you’ll do:**

+ Experience on Electrical Components, devices like transformers, connectivity and switchgear components and awareness of supplier qualifications for technical aspects.
+ Strong knowledge for electrical products, materials design, alternates and manufacturing processes.
+ Hands on experience on technical compliance agreements with supplier .
+ Product application standards IS/IEC and UL.
+ FMEA, PPAP, VA methodology and implementation in new product designs.
+ Experience of validation, verifications and certifications for electrical products be capable in product process, testing and validation activities.
+ Ability to redesign or alternate design as per specific customer requirements.
+ Lead multiple projects or activities for VAVE with faster and smoother exectution to meet business need or customer goals.
+ Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
