Lead Engineer Mit­ratech is building world‑class products that empower Legal, Risk, Compliance, and HR professionals at Fortune 100 companies. 
We’re looking for a Lead Engineer to join our Document Automation Portal team, focusing on HotDocs, our flagship document automation platform. 
Role Lead by Example:  Write clean, maintainable, high‑performance code in the latest versions of .NET Core and Angular, while setting the technical direction for the team. 
Own Team Delivery:  Take accountability for the work of a 3‑person development team, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery against sprint and release goals. 
Mentor & Manage:  Provide technical guidance, coaching, and feedback to your team. Lead performance reviews, workload planning, and ensure professional development.
