What the role is:

As an Engineer/Lead Engineer (Ops Systems), you are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of ICT capabilities through effective planning, management, and deployment of resources. You will apply professional knowledge and expertise to support and enhance Home Team’s operational capabilities.

What you will be working on:

• Availability and reliability of the system
• Security compliance and audit requirements of the system
• Planning and system support, including Cyber Security and Disaster Recovery exercises
• Budget and Asset management
• Monitoring and reporting (monthly meetings, written reports, ad-hoc reporting, etc.)
• Problem/issue management
• Change management
• Documentation and ensure that all documents are up to date
