What the role is:

The jobholder is responsible for a hands‑on technical lead to manage the mission‑critical infrastructure that powers MHA/HTX operations. In this role, you will not just oversee systems; you will be the technical authority ensuring the availability, security, and performance of enterprise‑wide server and network ecosystems. If you thrive in complex environments involving Network, Active Directory, Shared Storage, and Hybrid Cloud networks, and prefer getting your hands dirty with technical problem‑solving over pure administrative oversight.
