We are looking for a Lead Engineer - EI&C (Electrification, Instrumentation & Controls) to join our Project Execution Engineering Team in the Pulp, Energy and Circularity Business.

Our unit designs and delivers electrification, instrumentation, and process control solutions for pulp mills, energy producers, and other industries (including marine) worldwide.

The position can be based in Tampere, Vantaa, Raisio, Ulvila, or Jyväskylä (Finland).

 Key Responsibilities

As the Lead Engineer, you will:

• Manage the technical delivery of projects from start to finish.
• Ensure solutions meet customer standards and expectations.
• Oversee quality, schedule, and budget within your scope.
