Lead Engineer – Firefighting & Fire Alarm

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of design engineers and draftsmen specializing in fire protection and fire alarm systems. Manage and oversee design activities across multiple projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. Establish and maintain design quality standards and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations, including NFPA, SEC, HCIS, SAF, and SWCC requirements. Allocate resources effectively, prioritize workloads, and monitor team performance to meet project deadlines. Review and approve fire protection system designs, hydraulic calculations, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) before client submission. Ensure the accurate and timely handover of completed design packages to project execution teams. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure project success.
