CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Lead Mechanical Engineer to be based at a large, high-profile healthcare environment in Hammersmith, West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically biased Lead Engineer to take ownership of all planned and reactive maintenance across a complex and fast‑paced site. The successful candidate will lead a team of day and shift engineers while remaining hands‑on and actively involved on the tools. Working within a critical environment, the role requires a strong understanding of building services maintenance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage day‑to‑day engineering operations while maintaining high compliance and service standards.
