Maintenance & Equipment Ownership

•Lead and manage preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for AMHS systems (OHT, Stocker, Sorter, Buffer, and related subsystems) Own AMHS equipment health, reliability, and maintenance quality•Ensure system uptime, availability, and compliance with fab operational requirements•Support equipment installation, relocation, and system integration activities (, SIPP, 3R)

Operational Support

•Provide 24/7 maintenance and on‑duty support to sustain fab•Lead rapid response to AMHS alarms, abnormalities, and fab emergency events•Coordinate maintenance execution during production changes, construction, and modul...
