Lead Engineer

Role Overview
You will be involved in Customer-Assisted Projects as a Senior / Lead System Architect (CSSA/LSA), contributing across the entire system lifecycle—from solution conceptualization and architecture design through to implementation and post-go-live support on the Pega Platform.
The role requires close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to analyse requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and architect Pega BPM applications using Pega 8.x and above, leveraging relevant Pega frameworks.
Lead solution architecture and technical design within the Pega PRPC environment, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
Analyse business and technical requirements, providing end-to-end solutioning, including enhancements, fixes, and performance improvements.
