Lead Engineer
What can you expect? 


Adient Kenitra is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to join our TRIM Engineering department.


What will your responsibilities be?

Lead a team of engineers/technicians to develop products and processes to customer specifications.
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
Ensure full documentation and compliance with Adient standards.
Mentor and develop team members.
Maintain health, safety, and quality standards.
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
Strong technical and software skills (including CAD).
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
