Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Engineer to support the delivery of Urgent One Way Effector (OWE) capability requirements within the Lethality and Protect – One Way Effector team.

Reporting to the OBI Lead and Chief Engineer, the role is responsible for the generation and execution of the engineering management plan (aviation aspects), supporting the rapid development, testing and assurance of novel OWE capabilities.
