Lead Engineer- Panel & switchboards

**What you’ll do:**

We are looking for motivated professionals with strong skills to lead the multiple projects related with development of Panelboards and Switchboards in accordance with UL standards to meet market needs, within budget, on-time and with required level of quality. Provide mentorship to team for building knowledge base around LV assemblies and components. Drive the culture of innovative problem-solving techniques. S(H)e should lead efforts in PreLaunch and ProLaunch projects and develop new product variants and technologies. S(h)e should also design cost-effective and reliable solutions.
Success in this position requires the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, strong motivation for pursuing project objectives and the ability to learn new techniques and development processes.
