Lead Engineer - Throughput Simulations (DES)

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office four times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Conceptualize, Build, simulate, and optimize discrete event models using Plant Simulation simulation Software
+ Conduct **throughput analysis, bottleneck identification, and logistics simulation & optimization**
+ Understand process flows, analyze data, and effectively represent in simulation model to achieve better interrelationship and process improvement
