Lead Engineering as Chief Engineer

Take charge of the Engine Department at CSL Australia as Chief Engineer. Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all machinery while supervising your team in Western Australia.
CSL Australia invites applications for the Chief Engineer position within our transhipment operations. As the head of the Engine Department, you will report directly to the Master. Your role encompasses supervising Engineering Officers and guaranteeing adherence to company budgets and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure maintenance and safe operation of machinery onboard
• Supervise all Engineering Officers in operational tasks
• Safeguard the Company’s interests at all times
• Assist Chief Officer in cargo operations
• Monitor transfers of bunker and lubricating materials
Requirements:
• Required: Engineer class 1 under AMSA Marine Order 72
• AMSA Chief Engineer Class 1 CoC/CoR Unlimited
