Lead Engineering Inspector (Japan)

CDM Smith is seeking a Lead Engineering Inspector in anticipation of a future project for the US Government in Japan. Given the nature of the project’s Flexible Work requirements, our staff must quickly assimilate and develop an understanding of client’s products, services needed, and goals.

The position for Lead Engineering Inspector will be onsite in or near Tokyo, Japan, located at a US Government military installation. The Lead Engineering Inspector will oversee inspection of the client’s large construction projects. This work will be conducted onsite at an US military installation, ensuring all infrastructure construction adheres to project contract documents, drawings, and specifications, US military standards, codes, and safety regulations, while coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency.
