We’re looking for an experienced Lead Estimator to play a critical role in securing and shaping our future pipeline of major projects.
The Opportunity
As our Lead Estimator, you’ll sit at the heart of major bids, leading the development of competitive, high-quality estimates that position HEB for success. You’ll bring together engineering expertise, commercial insight, and strategic thinking to influence bid outcomes and ensure we deliver profitable, well-considered projects. Between bids, you’ll support project teams with cost management, commercial guidance, and forecasting to drive strong performance across delivery.
