Lead Financial Analyst

Eaton's IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Lead Financial Analyst.
**What you'll do**:
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**
Resposible to Prepare, analyze and report financial information in regular basis.
This information must be accurate and given on time.
Analyze and control PPV impacts, upload part number costs, understand and analyze std cost, margins and expense follow up.
Analyze and control inventory.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
A. Analyze operational and financial data, investigate variances, identify business drivers, and evaluate their impact on planned objectives.
B. Interface with budget holders in providing budget reports and forecasts on a monthly basis.
Serve as financial business partner to operational leaders.
C. Incumbent will provide leadership in developing process improvements on different accounting, reporting, and analysis methods.
