About This Position *Must be available to work some weekends and holidays* Hours of operation are 7am to 5pm The Food Service Supervisor performs a variety of kitchen duties as assigned and/or instructs inmate labor in preparation and serving of correctional facility meals in accordance with departmental work production standards, standardized recipes, and work instructions.
