Lead Full Stack Developer

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a
Lead Full Stack Developer (MEAN)
for our leading client.

This is a remote role. The candidate must have their own laptop, a stable internet connection, and a power backup in case of any issues.

Currently, there are no benefits. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining company software assets

• Developing, monitoring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure

• Ensuring that developed software is compliant with DFT standards

• Provide key leadership with the preparation of the Annual Engineering Plan and track follow-ups

• Work with the Scrum Master to generate key performance indicators

• Define and monitor engineering KPIs and suggest improvement efforts

• Appropriate analysis and recommendations of potential new technologies

• Lead and participate in QITs
